  • Why can't I see the prices?

Our e-shops specialize in selling goods in the B2B segment, i.e. sales to legal entities. Due to this fact, we display prices of goods only after creating a customer account, when we verify your ID number.

  • How to shop with us?

After creating a customer account with us, you can shop like any other e-shop you know. You add items to your cart, choose your shipping and payment method, and then create an order. For items that are not in stock, we recommend that you contact us first to check availability.

  • How will you deliver the goods to me?

We either send the goods by contract carriage service or you can pick them up at our branch at ELVAC a.s., Hasičská 53, Ostrava-Hrabůvka 700 30, on working days from 8:00 to 15:00.

  • Do you have free shipping?

We will will be sent free if your order exceeds the threshold of 5000,- CZK without VAT.

  • What is the warranty on the goods?

The length of the warranty varies and is always listed with each product. As the product is sold by a business to a business, there is no standard consumer warranty. The seller is only liable for those defects that the item had at the time of receipt by the buyer. Please always check the goods delivered immediately upon receipt, especially when delivered by a contracted courier service.

Special warranty contracts may be concluded for some goods which provide an extra warranty. Please contact us for further information.

  • The product I bought from you has broken, what should I do

  • I can contact you with a fault on goods that are no longer under warranty

  • How can I pay for the ordered goods?

In case of personal pick-up at our branch, you can pay either in cash or by bank transfer in advance based on the advance invoice that we will issue with your order.

If you choose delivery by a contracted courier service, you can pay for the goods by cash on delivery to our courier or by bank transfer in advance on the basis of the advance invoice that we will issue with your order.
