If this is an out-of-warranty service/repair, we will first perform a diagnostic assessment of the equipment. Based on the diagnostic findings, an offer for the repair will be sent electronically to the customer’s contact person.
Work on the equipment will begin only after the offer has been approved in writing by the contact person. Depending on the customer’s status and the nature of the repair, work may commence after payment of the advance invoice for the repair.
